Senior-led digital marketing for UK & US businesses

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy a plan or service from Shaw Advisory L.L.C-FZ (“Shaw Advisory”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By paying for a plan, signing a proposal or ticking the box at checkout, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, email info@shawadvisory.co before you buy.

1. Who our services are for

Our services are sold to businesses, not to consumers. By buying, you confirm that you are acting for a business, trade or profession and that you have authority to agree to these terms on its behalf.

2. What we provide

We provide digital marketing services such as paid advertising management, SEO, email marketing, social media management and website design. What is included in your plan is described on our Pricing page, or in a written proposal we send you. If a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.

3. Fees and payment

  • Plan fees are charged monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment provider Stripe. Your first payment is taken at checkout and then on the same date each month.
  • Fees do not include advertising spend. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform (for example Meta, Google or TikTok), using your own payment method.
  • Fees do not include third-party costs such as software, stock images, domains or hosting unless we agree this in writing.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause work until it is paid.
  • We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice ends. Launch prices offered to our first 10 clients (50% off our full prices) are fixed for 12 months from your start date. After that, the full price for your plan applies, and we will confirm this by email at least 30 days in advance.

4. Minimum term, renewal and cancellation

  • Monthly plans have a minimum term of 6 months from your start date. This gives enough time to set up, test and improve your campaigns.
  • After the minimum term, your plan continues month to month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time after the minimum term by giving us 30 days’ written notice by email. Work and billing continue during the notice period.
  • If you cancel during the minimum term, the fees for the rest of the minimum term are still due.
  • We may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, or immediately if you break these terms in a serious way, fail to pay, or ask us to do something unlawful or against an ad platform’s policies.

5. Results

We work hard to grow your enquiries and sales, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, offer, website and ad platform decisions. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of leads, sales or return on ad spend. Any forecasts we share are estimates, not promises.

6. What we need from you

  • Access to the accounts we need (such as ad accounts, website, analytics and social profiles), given through the platform’s own user or partner access. We will never ask for your passwords.
  • Accurate information about your business, and quick feedback and approvals.
  • Confirmation that your products, services, claims and any materials you give us are lawful, accurate and yours to use.

If we are delayed because we are waiting for access, content or approval, timelines move back by the same amount of time.

7. Accounts and ownership

  • Ad accounts, pages, analytics and websites should be owned by you. We work in them as a partner or user.
  • Once you have paid in full, you own the final work we create specifically for you, such as ad copy, creatives and website content.
  • We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and know-how. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your confidential business information private and use it only to deliver our services. Where we handle personal data for you (for example your customer lists), we do so only on your instructions and in line with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR where it applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, or for decisions made by ad platforms or search engines (such as ad rejections, account suspensions or algorithm changes). Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.

10. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects your active plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve any issue in good faith by email or a call.
